How do I buy an item?

In order to buy an item, follow the steps below:

  1. Create an account or Log in to your account
  2. Add item to Cart
  3. Go to Cart and click 'Checkout with Paypal' button
  4. You then need to Enter Shipping Information and Proceed with Payment via Paypal
  5. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can create one here

How do I sell an item?

In order to list an item for sale, follow the steps below:

  1. Create an account or Log in to your account
  2. Go to SELL item page
  3. Select/Fill item details and click 'List Item' button
  4. For your listing to become active, you need to provide the required information displayed after submitting your listing.
  5. Our team will review your information and make a decision about your listing within 3 working days.

Item Conditions Explained

  • New is a brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) is in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or has the original tags attached.
  • New without packaging (NWP) is a brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) is not in original packaging or may be missing original packaging materials (such as the original box or bag) or may have been a store display. The original tags may not be attached. For example, new shoes (with absolutely no signs of wear) that are no longer in their original box fall under this category.
  • Pre-Owned is an that item was previously used or worn BUT is in excellent condition.
  • Pre-Owned without packaging (PWP) is an that item was previously used or worn BUT is in excellent condition. It is not in original packaging or may be missing original packaging materials (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached.
  • Note: Items that are damaged or worn out are not accepted.

How much does shipping cost for buyers?

Shipping is covered in the listing price hence buyers do not have to pay extra for shipping.

Response times may vary, however our goal is to assist you within 2 working days. We do our best to answer responses in the order that they are received. Please do not email us multiple times regarding the same issue, as duplicate messages delay responses to you and other customers. You can expect slightly slower response times on nights, weekends and holidays.
